We are very pleased with our palm tree which we received here on Monday, April 23. Our grandson planted it for us and it looks amazing. He has two palm trees of his own and has quite a bit of expertise regarding palm trees. Thank you and we are so happy to have the tree in our yard.

The palm trees look good, however I have asked a couple of times when I called to speak to the General Manager, and both times I was told he would call me back. When I was going to place my order I thought the 25% off offer was still good, however it changed to 5% off. As soon as I finished my order and sent it I got an e mail for 10% off. I called the nursery a couple of times to see if I can get more than 5% off and each time the person said no, I'll have the General Manager call you back. The next day I had e mails coming to me for 25 % off.

I again called yesterday to speak to the General Manager and was told he was not in. As a returning customer you would think you would want to retain me as a customer. I don't think it is fair that I don't get a better deal when I keep getting better offers. Next time I'll start to an order then cancel til I get 25% off. . . . or look elsewhere. Thanks

My cherry tree arrived in good condition, and it already has new growth on it! So I'm hopeful that it will survive once I plant it in the ground.
