Product was large healthy and very well packed. It was even shipped with a gel water so my trees would arrive alive. Very impressed with the size and vitality of the two I bought. I definitely would shop here again for other trees and shrubs.

I ordered a Katy Apricot Tree for my son and daughter-in-law for their wedding anniversary. The tree came in good shape and was delivered very close to the estimated arrival date. They will plant it this week and are hopeful for a successful outcome!

I have plenty to learn and these good folk have been a pleasure to purchase from. I can’t say that they are perfect, but they seem to believe in their products and I have to believe in their experience.

Trees arrived dead

vtest product
The two trees ($113) arrived with brown leaves and dried roots. I figured I would give them a chance and planted them the same day. Over the next two weeks, they did nothing but get worse. All the leaves fell off - I did a scratch test, and the trees were both brown and dead. I contacted Ty Ty's customer service on April 28th, sent them pictures, and still have not heard back. My fault for ordering plants online - lesson learned.
