Excellent Bare-Root Trees

Efficient shopping experience. Website organized to find what you want and place the order quickly. The bare root trees were boxed nicely and well hydrated. They had sprouting buds when they arrived and were growing after one day in the ground. The instructions were clear and specific.
After years of fighting root-balled trees, I'm sold on bare root delivery: Very light weight compared to potted or balled trees; easier and less mess to plant because all the dirt goes back in the hole; no cutting of circular roots before planting; better outcome when the roots grow out in all directions.

We are very pleased to with our first purchase from The Nursery at TyTy. I spoke with them when ordering regarding timing of planting and how to care for the plants. They were extremely helpful. They sent the starts to us when we were to plant them (we live in North Central Indiana). We are looking forward to watching them grow!

Raspberries aren't trees

Buy Brandywine Purple Raspberry Plants Online at Ty Ty Nursery
The single paper included in shipping provided instructions on planting "bare root" something or other, ends up being instructions for tree planting. Raspberries are shipped bare root and should NOT be planted in a big hole like a tree. The paper included is unnecessary and misleading. Plant roots were kept moist with some gel and paper, good job on that! Time will tell if my berries will be bountiful.
