I found Ty Ty's telephone support service to be friendly courteous & most helpful placing my recent 2 orders. Likewise my previous orders have been handled very professionally. The plants were all received in healthy condition. One shortcoming has been in packaging. Recent UPS delivery of a 6 ft peach tree arrived in just a long cardboard box with no extra support. The upper 2/3 of the box had been crushed, as though loaded under other items & looked as though it had been partially folded over. Fortunately, the tree was not broken & appears to be healthy. I would suggest investigating alternative packaging/shipping.

Honestly not sure yet. The wrapped root ball was completely out of the box when it arrived and it took an extra day of shipping. I planted the same day so we will see. Pictures were taken of the box before opening.

Thanks for making things easy for us to search for the right tree on your web-site. Also, it was nice to have a tracking number . . . and the pink dogwood tree we ordered came on-time and was exactly as you shared it would be. Now it's planted and we're hoping it will grow into a beautiful, blooming tree :)

The shipping and you guys were great. I hope I can keep the tree alive. UPS pretty much smashed the box so I am hoping the tree survived. All else was great with TyTy Nursery.
