Shipping was fast, the trees arrived in great shape packed well for transplanting. They also came with a good sheet of directions for planting.
I ordered 7/8-foot specimens. When planted, they are at most half that height. I gather that this is because they are heavily pruned back for shipment, and have chalked it up to a learning experience.
In any case I'm satisfied with the trees. They will probably take some years before they bear fruit, but that's not out of line with my expectations anyway.

The tree arrived very well packed and when I unwrapped it I found a well established thick tree. It had been planted and it seems happy.

The website was easy to navigate and place the order. A representative called to verify shipment and to see if I wanted to hold until spring. I thought that was very proactive and professional. Product was shipped and arrived promptly in a couple days. It was packaged well and damage free.

For a mail order fruit tree, I paid a lot but it exceeded my expectation. Very good order. I even had to keep in the box two days due to freezing temps unusual for us this time of year. planted in a pot and it perked up just great. It will be a fine specimen I can see already. I am happy so far. Hope it survives the shock but so far so good.
