I oredered 2 of these trees and they arrived in a dormant condition which surprised me since it is the end of May. In any event I called the nursey and they assured me that the trees had been in cold storage to maintain dormancy prior to shipping. The trees have been pruned and have a nice shape, hopefully they will leaf out soon.

Buy Alphonse Karr Bamboo Online at Ty Ty Nursery
The plants' roots were well protected and all arrived in generally good condition. A couple of the bamboo plants were on the border of "healthy," but all 15 have sprouted new growth since planting and seem to be doing OK.
I was not particularly impressed with the shipping container TyTy used -- just a spare cardboard box that they must have had lying around somewhere. The thing was about in tatters when UPS made the delivery -- seams giving way under the 70lb load, tape coming loose, and generally falling apart.

Buy Loblolly Pine Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Having always bought my trees at a physical nursery, I was hesitant to have one shipped, but TyTy allayed my concerns! I ordered a 6-7ft Loblolly pine. It arrived sealed and wrapped, fresh, healthy growth, rootball in great shape and right at 7ft tall. It was obvious that great care went into the packaging and shipping of my tree and I'm very satisfied and happy. I'll definitely do business with TyTy again!

The trees were smaller than I thought but they arrived in great condition, and seem to be doing well in our yard, so far. Looking forward to seeing how they grow and do.
