I have received the plant 2 days ago, packed nicely, no leaf, rootball cover with kind of jelly like substance. Already planted followed the instructions. Hoping plant will trive this summer. I will update after 3/4 months.

I spent over $200 for a tree that looks rather wilted... maybe it will improve but so far I'm hesitant to be impressed.

I made an order late fall, then realized that it is not the best time for planting, without any problems transferred the shipping for April. The parcel arrived this week with 4 feet tree in excellent condition with green leaves and clear instructions for planting, and even a small bag of fertilizer.

After my original tree was drowned in heavy, continued rains and died last fall, no fault of TyTy, they gave me the option of waiting 'til spring for a replacement. Just got it planted and it looks good.

The tree was a little bigger than I ordered and looks beautiful, well packaged. The box had some damage but that was definitely during shipping because the box was taped very precisely and you don't tape carefully then throw the box around. Inside the box the trees were braced and wrapped with care.
