I never ordered from this company before and happily every thing worked out as expected. Good communication from them about order received, and shipping. They even threw in a free apple tree. The small trees were packaged so well they were kind of hard to unwrap. There was a jelly in there to keep the trees hydrated. I will order from them again.

I bought three trees. One died, and they replaced it without any issues and even sent me two free trees for my troubles. This is the best place to buy from. I will only buy from you guys from now on!

After placing my order I was notified I would be out of state and unable to be there when it was delivered. I contacted TyTy Nursery and they postponed the shipping date. They advised the date it would be shipped . I received the tree on the date it was supposed to arrive and it was packaged well. The roots were wrapped and protected. I would Highly recommend this company and their products. Customer service is amazing and I have yet to be disappointed in them.
