I was notified regarding the shipping date and my tree arrived as promised. It was packed extremely well and had suffered no damage during transport. Additionally, the roots had been packed in such a way as to maintain a moist environment. I was very pleased with my overall experience. My only concern is whether the small number of roots on the tree will be able to provide enough moisture and nutrients to maintain a tree of that size. Based upon the care with which it was shipped, it is my assumption that Ty Ty knows what they are doing and that my tree will thrive.

After having several good experiences ordering plants online from various companies I decided to give Ty Ty a try. Unfortunately I am sadly disappointed with my purchase. First of all, while the "trees" were the height I ordered, (8') one can hardly call them more that twigs. Only one of the three has sufficient girth. The other two are are the size of my little finger, one of which has zero branches. Second, I saw nothing in the description that said "bare root" but that is what I got and once again, only one of the "trees" has sufficient roots. I won't be surprised if they don't grow. For the price I was expecting much better, especially since I've gotten much better from other nurseries including Brighter Blooms and even Lowe's.... When I saw what I was sent I actually went to Lowe's and bought a much nicer tree for literally half the price. I definitely will not buy from this company again as I feel it is a total rip-off!

I’ve purchased several varieties of Paw Paw trees from Ty Ty and they continue to send me inferior products compared to other nurseries I have ordered from. My latest purchase for a 6’-7’ tree resulted in receiving a 5’ sprig as opposed to the size I ordered and expected to receive. I fear it will struggle to make it like all of my other purchases from Ty Ty which have died. Very disappointed with the quality and heartiness of their trees.

I ordered a peppermint peach tree. And had it shipped at a later date. And they shipped in as I requested. I'm looking forward to this beautiful tree. I called several times with questions and they answered gladly. Highly recommend for your planting season.
