The trees arrived intact. The item was packaged very well and were in the ground within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and the trees have started to bloom leaves and flowers. Absolutely beautiful.

Arrived w sufficient package cushioning.
Too much tape to cut off.
Large amount of ? type gel around roots.
No explanation on what the gel contained.
Cutting had many tender roots but no signs of budding on the wood.
I hope it wakes up.

It doesn't come in dirt, it came with rest of my trees in water jell. it was about 3 inches above the dirt. there is no way this small tiny little thing is a gallon plant. Don't know if it will survive outside so had to plant in the planter. forgot to take a picture for you, but will keep close eye on it for the warranty. Because, I didn't get what I paid for at all, very upset. too high price for an annual looking plant that looks like what you buy at hardware store.

Buy Magnolia 'Sweetbay' Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Our Magnolia Sweetbay arrived in excellent condition! It seems to be taking some time to acclimate because the leaves are still droopy, but we have new growth! We will order from Ty Ty again. They sent a very thorough response when I emailed them with questions.
