The tree arrived in a dormant state which is what was expected. It has an amazing root system that looked healthy and vigorous. The tree had a really good shape and scaffold pattern. Looking forward to the spring to see it take off growing

I ordered several trees. For some reason, one of them never leaves out healthy leaves, and it finally completely died. I contacted TYTY, and it was a pleasant conversation. They sent my replacement, which is being cared for. Thanks for awesome customer service!

The trees were packed very well. We had to wait a few days after their arrival due to freezing temperatures. The tree roots were still moist and showed no damage from having to wait a week. Tree looked to be in great shape from shipping through planting.
