Kiwi plant
Verified Email
vtest product
I ordered 2 kiwi plants, one did not make it, the second is finally 1/2 foot tall.
It can happen but I was told to wait till June to call again. I called several times, no answer. I emailed twice and get a standard respond which has nothing to do with my question.
Customer service is bad.

This is our second purchase, the plum came with dried out leaves, like it was fall foliage. We were assured that these would re bud and if not they have a 1 year warrenty. So we are nurturing them with hopes they re bud. Ty Ty responded promptly and has great communication. We purchased 2 thunderclouds just weeks prior to these and the same thing has happened, these come from the South and we live in the northeast so it is a different climate. Fingers crossed

There was delay of two days in UPS shipping and the plants still came looking very healthy and alive because of the excellent shipping and the roots were still moist and foliage vibrant. The size of the France were at least as big if not bigger than what was advertised very satisfied
