My experience was I was delayed planting the trees due to HOA. Since the weather was 80+ I decided to trickle some water not a lot to the roots wrapped in heavy plastic. The tree died in two days. They need to place warning do not water plants in the ball until unbound and planted. I read the warning in the planting instructions which I read after I watered the roots. Frustrating as one plants was excellent and the other mediocre, but showing good potential.

Nutra Pro (16-16-16) 1st Year Fertilizer Pack
Plant arrived quickly and was well wrapped to preserve moisture of the roots. The plant appears to be healthy. Now that it's planted, we just have wait for it to start leafing out.

My order for a Beauty Bush Shrub was processed quickly. It arrived about 5 days after the ordering.
The shrub was well packaged, it was healthy with several branches and green leaves. Immediately gave the shrub a good drink. Planted it the next day. I have high hopes.
