It's starting to wake up. Which is a good sign. This is the healthiest tree I received so far. The others aren't doing so well.

The plants arrive well packaged, roots kept moist. I'm hopeful it will take quickly. I planted both trees first thing in the morning, having arrived the evening prior. It's hard to say more maybe a year from now.

I ordered one plant last year and planted it right away. It appears to not have survived the winter here in central North Dakota. This is disappointing because I also planted an Itasca grape vine right beside the Einset, and that one is budding like crazy!

These trees are rated for a zone 3 according to the company. The trees arrived and all the leaves were all crisped up and dried out (this is to be expected). Plants were put in the ground immediately with irrigation hooked up and began to grow new leaves. The issue is that every single one of these trees died this winter (zone 4), when they claim it is good to zone 3 (-40 degrees F).

Redbud tree was in good shape¦.I washed off the gel like substance that were on the roots, I guess this done to keep the roots moist in transit¦.the 3 ft tree was planted and hopefully it will root and start going.
