Good luck getting what you wish for.

A short summary: Success rate less than 1/3rd and a refund is a store credit/gift card so you are forced to buy here again.

The long version: A year ago I ordered 3 trees (1 bald cypress 7-8 ft, 2 pin oaks). One oak had practically no roots and predictably it did grow and died. The cypress was only about 5-6 ft tall and after a year it did not grow well, all original branches are dead and only some buds on the main trunk grew so now I got a less than 4 ft tall cripple. I was issued a refund, correction: a store credit. OK. So I decided to try again against my better judgment and in spite of wasting a year already. My 7-8ft bald cypress just arrived and surprise surprise it is shorter AGAIN.

My thoughts: Mistakes happen and these are living things but:
(1) Why do you keep advertising certain size and then sending a smaller size? Set realistic expectations to avoid disappointment.
(2) With my experience, I would be better off going to a local nursery to select a specimen myself, it would be in a bucket so no naked (and possibly crippled) roots (thus a better and quicker chance to establish after planting) and the price would be comparable once you factor in the shipping costs.

The sad result is that instead of having established growing trees after a year I am still at the beginning except that I wasted time and money because now I will have to go to a local nursery instead.

Good luck.

This tree arrived in great shape. I can't wait to watch it grow!

Looks great! I hope it does well. I can't wait to roast some!

Looks great! I look forward to watching it grow.

the saplings were prepared well and arrived in good shape. I planted them the next day and they seem to be doing well as the buds are getting ready to bloom. I thought the trunks were not very straight though. I do have high hopes for them though!

The box was a little torn up, but the tree look really nice, thank you

Arrived in excellent condition -time will tell

arrived in good condition now a lot of TLC

Good looking root stock. In the ground for a week. Whip and roots appear live and well.

The second kind I have purchased from TYTY. Stock appears solid.

This Ukrainian variety sits on the shore of the lake. Will see the how it likes the spot.

Can always count on TyTy to deliver quality trees

Good looking starting to signs of life

Looks good. Roots healthy

I ordered two 4-5ft loquat tree. They were Properly packed with water gel, wet paper towel wrapped in plastic. The branches and leaves were properly protected during shipping and within ordered size range. The only downside is the leaves aren’t healthy looking, they have spots, yellowing and some damage.

Shipment was fast. Packaging was great! Tree looks nice and healthy. I can't wait to put her in the ground! I was so impress with the quality of the tree that I'm ordering a couple more fruit trees!

Bought 2 Red Leaf Maple 1-2ft trees. Both trees were barely at the 1ft mark. Planted everything 5 minutes after I received them so we'll see how it goes.
