I though they are coming in as dormant per customer service. But it wasn't. Shipping was 5 days which affected the plant since it wasn't dormant. Last year same thing happen and jujube plant die over the winter since it was under so much stress and wasn't well establish by the time winter hit. I am worried about this one too.

Overall the process was easy and they shipped quickly. Tree arrived dormant but is alive. I was worried based on some reviews I read but my experience was great. We will see if the tree is actually the type I ordered when it gets leaves

The communication about the shipment of this gift was great. I'm told the tree appears to be in good condition. It was a memorial gift so I hope it thrives.

Nutra Pro (16-16-16) 1st Year Fertilizer Pack
Arrived safely, true to description and fairly quickly. I followed instructions for use but can not yet speak to the effectiveness of the product because of the timing of the review request. This could be a higher or lower rating, I just don't know yet!
