Shipping speed and packaging was fantastic. The tree came in a long box with cardboard ribbing to protect the tree and a secure tape and plastic wrap ball around the root ball with gel to provide the bare roots with water until we were able to plant. I purchased a 7-8 foot tree and it was closer to 6 feet plus a 6 inch root ball. Once planted it is about 6 feet above ground. Tree appears healthy
