Smyrna quince tree 5-6 ft

I did not expect the tree to be as big as it was (even though I did purchase a 5-6ft one), this was easily 6ft +. It was really well packaged and arrived within a week of purchase. This was by far the best value for a fruit tree that I have seen online and it looks great! Also came with really detailed planting instructions which are much appreciated.

volusion test product
The support on the call was rude. She yelp at me when I am calling to cancel 2 of the trees that I ordered. She is very impatient. The tree delivered with no leaves and was cut on the top. I am not sure the tree will survive but I am waiting and see.

I ordered berry vines that are supposed to produce fruit this year; I even called to ensure this is the case. The rasberry arrived DOA and the blackberry is not far behind. I called and was told, "OH, the rasberry is dormant, that's how we send it. Plant it and give it a couuple of months." If that's the case, how is it supposed to fruit this year? It's almost June. Should have paid attention to the reviews.

The growth started immediately, however, I paid extra for the 5-6ft size but it was identical in size to the other 4-5ft trees I ordered.
