This is my first time purchasing from your company and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed in what we received. All of the trees were sticks or twigs with no foliage. I've ordered from starks Brothers and will likely continue. The Arkansas Apple tree didn't even have branches and the cherry trees were definitely not 5-6 feet. I'm not pleased at all with this purchase.

I'm requesting to send these back and have a refund issued

Purchased two grapevines for the beginning of May. I only wanted one, but the minimum purchase was $40, and the grapevine I wanted was $21.75. So I picked out another. Shipping was close to $30 on top of that. After letting the vines acclimate, and soaking them overnight, I planted them.
Unfortunately, my one year old puppy decided that I had buried some fun sticks, and decided to dig them up and eat them. I reached out to the company because I was excited about the prospect of having grapes, and wanted to order another grapevine, but was hoping that they could bypass the $40 minimum. I told them I was willing to spend the $21.75 on the vine, as well as the full price on shipping, but just really didn't want to find another $20 worth of product to buy to hit the $40 product minimum. I was told that the owner had just gone to lunch, and that they would call me back when they returned. 4 hours later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called back. There was no record of my previous call, and I was told that the owner wasn't in today to see if there was anything that could be done. They then told me that the owner will frequently leave for lunch and then not return. They found a manager, and the manager said to just re-plant the grapevine, and that it should still grow. I told them that the dog ate the vine. I told them that I didn't want to try and file a claim or anything, I want to pay them for the new vine and shipping. They told me that there was nothing that could be done.

TLDR: My dog ate the freshly planted grapevines. When I tried to purchase a replacement, I was told that there was no way to wave the $40 minimum. All I wanted was to grow grapes, and was hoping that Ty Ty would be compassionate enough to take money from me, but they are not. Do not recommend.

Dead on arrival! When I called they said to keep watering and check back after two months. I have three dead trees I keep watering. I am very disappointed! I would love three new trees to replace this. Can you help? Robert

Found and received 3 pecan trees and they all had plenty of roots and packed very well.

The trees are nice

Communication was great with my order and delivery time. The tree arrived in a secure box and was healthy. It also came with good instructions on how to plant for best results.
