First time customer and placed a large order which will be one of many in the future. Only problem we had was 6 of the trees are not Cleveland Pear Trees. The bark and leaves are completely different on 6 of them. Hopefully they take care of the problem. Only other complaint is the cpuldnt do better than 20 percent off on our $1,000.00 + order and next day I get a email offering 25 percent off, I was a little frustrated when seeing that. Will update review if trees arent replaced that were sent improperly. Quality of trees were fantastic and plan on ordering several thousand more trees for our farm in near future.

So far, so good! Ordered the 5-6' tree on the website. It showed up in about 5 days nicely packaged, root was well preserved and kept damp, ready to be planted. Tree was pruned nicely and instructions on packing slip were easy to follow for planting. Would order form TyTy again in the future.

It is totally unbelievable the trees I ordered from you came in the mail, omg the mail? And they were absolutely astonishing!!! Who would have thought you could get the exact tree you wanted and it would be delivered to your property in an extraordinary, timely fashion and they would be so healthy looking!! And they were every bit of 6ÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢ tall. Hey all I can say is I am super excited to have your trees on my lot that I have been developing for over 30 years. I wish I would have found you guys sooner, but I always bought my trees at a retail establishment in my area.
Now I know where to go to finish my project. Thank you TY TY
