I received all ordered packs. Also, the trees roots were treated with the transplant mix for shipment. Should help with transplant shock. Thanks

If I could give "NO" stars I would select that rating.
I was not sent a tree. I was sent a 6' stem with no branches.... like a "whip" of a tree. Very poor root system... I should say no roots to be more accurate.
They have a "customer gets tuck with returning items fee" meaning you must pay for shipping to return that item after you pay to have it shipped to you to begin with..... No one sends back a good purchase. I will not purchase again from this nursery. They did not send me a tree. A tree has branches and roots. What they sent me did not have those qualities. I feel I was ripped off....I did contact them and I am willing to return said item but not at my cost.... they made the mistake not me.
