Medlar Fruit!

Buy Breda Giant Medlar Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
I was really excited to try this new fruit that sounds like it's right up my alley! The tree came nicely packaged, as do all of the trees I've purchased so far. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the tree was a nice size and had a bunch of leaves and growing fruit already! Unfortunately the leaves feel crunchy so I'm hoping they revive and not fall off. Now we wait and see what happens!

Buy Sugar Maple Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Our friends bought us this tree in memory of Mike, who was like a father to my husband. We wanted the largest size but it was out of stock. The tree arrived quickly and in good condition. There were no leaves on the tree but the tree is budding.

Buy Carlos Scuppernong Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Received both Carlos (M) & Higgins (F) Scuppernong grapevines last Wednesday & immediately placed them in containers with soil until I could get the big drill out & place them for good. EXCEPTIONALLY well-packed, both of them, and hydrated, they arrived fresh & nice, both with excellent rootstock, the Higgins about 3x the size of the Carlos. Both now share a board fence about 20 ft. apart. Fertilizer packets were planted alongside them in this sunny location with part shade late afternoons. Looking forward to many great wines & jellies.

Buy Higgins Scuppernong Online at Ty Ty Nursery
We bought Higgins alongside Carlos, and she was about 3x bigger, vine & rootstock. Both arrived fresh & nice, having been excellently packaged for travel, hydration provided, in a great box that prevents damage to the vines. Both are along the North side of a board fence that enjoys full sun until late afternoon. I'm expecting great things from them both.

Arrived with the order. Easy to place (hubs opened one before I could stop him, but we replaced & stapled shut, LOL). Super convenient way to fertilize your grapes.

This place has great prices and you get lots of value for your money if you care to compare. The apple tree I bought was about 1/3 of the cost from other nurseries.

These came in a big box. Roots wrapped to hold moisture. Loads of news sprouts up and down then branches. Easy to plant with instructions. Dig hole. Back filled with new garden soil. Added fertilizer and booster to both. Then mixed with dug out dirt. Filled hole. Pushed out air. Watered. Munched around base. Now just a waiting homegrown black plums.
