I received the dwarf banana tree I ordered today. I was expecting a healthy plant but that is not what I received. The plant I received looks as though is on the brink of death. Dead leaves and the stem looks rotten.the leaves have some kind of spots and 2 leaves have been dead for awhile.
I would really like to post my photographs but I see that it isn’t possible. This was my first and certainly will be my last purchase.

My order was filled and shipped in a timely manner. Once the order shipped, I was provided a constant update of where the shipment was and when it would arrive. I planted the 2 trees upon receipt. They look healthy. But I won't know for a few weeks yet if they will produce buds/leaves.
