Tree arrived within a day of agreed upon date. I called and was able to extend. Customer service was very friendly and helpful...they had also sent an email already saying that shipping would be delayed because of frozen ground ...thankfully. 5.5 foot tree arrived with several nicely pruned branches with some leaves and starting to bud. Root ball was tightly wrapped in celophane, paper and sufficiently covered in a hydrating gel. Decent thick roots...not alot of small roots but it may have had to be pruned before shipping as persimmon has large tap. So far it looks happy...thankyou for your care, variety and support!

I purchased 6 fruit trees. They came in box that was well packaged. The roots are wrapped in paper and plastic wrap. They apply something to the roots to maintain moisture during shipping. These fruits trees arrive dormant but they have a well developed root system too. Two of the branches were slightly damaged but nothing major. Four of the six trees I got have woken up and have leaves.. hopefully the other two trees do good. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far. I will do an update in a few weeks. Oh if you buy the fertilizer packs make sure you buy enough of them… I got four packs instead of six. When I tried to purchase additional fertilizer packs the shipping cost$26 that’s way more than the cost of the items and the packs do not even weigh a pound. So I didn’t order 😔
