I am really happy with this tree purchased. Came in secured and the roots are healthy. Whereas, the other plant that came looks all damaged and rotten.

I ordered 12. They all came green with good foliage. Out of the 12 I ordered I'd say I was happy with 9. 3 met the height bracket but were clearly substantially smaller in caliper then the others.

Tree ordered was for a memorial. I would like to have received an image of what the actual typical tree looks like.
