This shipment was fine. Of the 20, 18 turned green and are beautiful. But the next group only about a third turned green. For this second group I need a refund or credit.

Buy River Birch Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
I purchased 3 river birch trees last year. Although the stock was healthy we got a late storm with bitter cold temperatures. All died.
Customer service was wonderful with me trying to save them. They agreed to ship 3 replacements for this year's planting. I paid for shipping only.
When this year's stock arrived one of the trees had brown leaves. The other two looked good tho they did not have a large network of root hairs.
I planted the next day & according to their directions to include some sand in the soil. I've been watering daily/as needed. .
I'm just waiting for the trees to leaf out again as they're green inside. Probably went into shock with transplanting.
Customer service has been exemplary. Very nice people, very supportive & helpful all along the way.
I highly recommend Ty Ty Nursery, especially because they are so helpful when things go awry, not just when things go right.

Buy Dwarf North Star Cherry Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Arrived quickly and with many buds bursting. It’s the best of the six trees we ordered. Like all the others, it had disappointingly little root to work with, but if any of them take my odds are in this gal.

Buy Lapins Cherry Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
We ordered five other trees at the same time. The box came quickly. One, our dwarf northern star cherry, is the healthiest of the bunch. But our Lapins cherry is a close second. Though it came with just a few buds and very little root, it seems to be doing well.

These shipped well. I have never
Planted the before fi I don’t know what to expect. 2 of the 4 vines had buds and are sprouting leaves already. I do not see buds on the other 2 so we will see.

We were happy to receive our trees; nicely packaged
It would be even better if there is instruction or things to be careful about when planting them.

Buy Powderblue Blueberry Plants Online at Ty Ty Nursery
I ordered 3 different cultivars of blueberry bushes. The shipping was fast. I immediately opened the box and the 3 plants were packaged together. One of the plants showed clear signs of distress. Some of the leaves were turning brown and curled. After a few interactions with their customer service, they agreed to replace the damaged plant. I understand they have no control over what happens during shipping but only one of the 3 plants showed damage, and they were all bundled together. I would have given 5 stars if they had more readily agreed to replace the plant. Overall satisfied customer.
