Plant had green cane and had several shoots coming off of it so this one I'm hopeful will give me a good harvest next year.

Tree has buds on it but no leaves just yet. Did a scratch test to check the cambium layer to make sure it was still alive and it is. Tree will be paired with a different cultivar on my Dad's farm.

Buy Columbus Red Pear Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Tree arrived alive, well packaged. Had to store it in a cool dark room for a couple of days so leaves turned brown but tree is now in a 30 gal. grow bag and seems OK, I won't know until later how well this tree will do. Plan to move tree to my Dad's farm later in the summer for in ground planting.

The trees came packaged very safe and nurtured to our farm. They looked vibrant and ready for the ground. I'm trying Ty Ty this year, as my black cherry trees from Stark broths both died after 1year. .

Nutra Pro (16-16-16) 1st Year Fertilizer Pack
Spread the packet along the drip line when planting; I'll wait to see how much this helps around summer. My only concern was I didn't order 2 packets/tree as the directions call for, didn't realize until planting.
Overall I'm extremely happy and excited for our new arrivals.

This is the second year I have purchased paw paws. Last year I bought smaller ones. This year I went with much larger trees. I am seeing good things from last year trees. I am very happy with all of the trees I have purchased.
