Received dried up plant

vtest product
Just received my tree and it looks horrible. Broken branches are full of shriveled up dried leaves. This was my first order with this company. Don’t think I will be back.

Most resilient of the three despite poor packaging

Buy Rajapuri Banana Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
Rajapuri Banana Tree arrived bundled with two other plants in a single cellophane wrap, no individual pot, no substrate, roots completely bare. Excessive hydrogel created saturated humidity conditions causing blackened trunk sections on arrival. Despite this, the Rajapuri was the most resilient of the three plants — two green active leaves and a firm trunk were still visible after removing damaged tissue. Emergency measures taken: removed rotted tissue, dried corm with paper towels, repotted in dry draining substrate. This plant shows good signs of recovery. The Rajapuri variety itself appears to be vigorous and robust as described — the packaging however needs serious improvement. Plantsurance claim submitted with photos.

Buy Ichi Ki Kei Jiro Persimmon Trees Online at Ty Ty Nursery
The tree arrived one day early and in excellent condition with a healthy root system. The graft (scion) is well healed and the grafted Ichi trunk is hardy. Less than a week in the ground and it is beginning to bud out.

The tree is doing well and is blooming already. I wish I had gotten a more mature tree. It's going to take several years for it to produce apples. Maybe more guidance on the website about which tree to choose
