Good communication of when the tree was to be shipped. Tree arrived well packaged and a day early. Tree was larger than I had expected which made me happy. My only complaint was that I got a 20% discount for Black Friday and shortly thereafter a 25% discount was offered.

I orginally requested that my plants be shipped in early February when the beds would be ready. My contractor finished the work early, and I asked that the plants be shipped ASAP. They arrived in good shape one week later. I couldn't be happier.
