The tree arrived in good shape. Fortunately it is still dormant because it is very cold at night here.

The order arrived it seemed about 48hours from order. However the condition left a lot to be desired. There were multiple branches sticking out of the box and broken. Also upon planting the next day, the tree did not seem in very healthy condition. I hope everything works out, but I do like the 1 year warranty as long as the tree fits the grow zone.

Received our tree very quickly (next day after shipment). The box showed signs of a rough ride but the tree inside had very minimal damage (minor twig breakage). Great packaging. Overall tree looks great and we planted same day as received. One week later and all looks great! Thank you!
