The two times I ordered it's was super simple. Both of my trees were ordered in December, the crazy shipping time. They arrived exactly as they said. The packaging was excellent. I will be using them in the future for sure

I was very impressed with the condition of the tree upon delivery. The root system of the tree was very vigorous and healthy. All in all this looks like a perfect tree that I will spoil to adult hood !
