I was happy with the quality of what I received. In fact I subsequently placed another order. The next day I called to add a few hundred dollars more to that order. That's where I parked ways. The experience was absolutely horrible. So bad, in fact, that I cancelled the previous large order and will likely never do business with you again. I can't imagine having anyone working for my company who talks to customers that way. I had to repeatedly ask her to speak up, then she shouted in an annoyed tone. I asked that my 5% discount be applied to my new items as well. She refused to do do. I asked to speak with someone else and she refused to allow me to do so. I cancelled my entire order and then sent an email detailing my experience. No response. It's such a shame your customer service is so incredibly awful. Your plants were good quality. It's a matter of principal. I don't do business with anyone who lacks basic courtesy and mutual respect.

The plants where fine when received. However, I have not been able to plant because the outside temperature has been below freezing at at night.
