Root structure was limited - not as much development as I've seen on other trees I've planted.

The tree arrived promptly and well packaged. The directions were clear and the tree is now planted and thriving. Little leaves are beginning to appear. I did think the tree would have received with a few leaves, but growth is occurring and it looks very healthy.

I’m certainly under no illusions that putting plants in a box and shipping them cross country will be healthy for them. The plants were packed well with hydrogel, but they’re in rough shape on arrival. I’m hoping the rootball survives. Main issue is the ship time w UPS- delayed and extended, took about a week to arrive from packing. Wonder if there’s a way to offer expedited shipping? Regular iOS ground puts you behind the 8 ball before you even start.

Came packaged well with wet gel.
4 not 5 stars only because the tree is 6 ft and looks like two sticks though I’m sure will fill out well soon.

I received the order a couple of days ago and puthem in soil immediately. There was moisture retaining crystals in the wrapped roots but it should have had some peat moss or something to hold more moisture. Everything felt dry.
I guess it met the size requirement. There were some buds that look like they should come out soon

But the size was good and the buds look like they should pop soon.
