To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I ordered 11 plants with 8 of them sold in a 1 gallon pot. I received the order in a small box with delivery material, fertilizer and stakes. The crape myrtles and jekyll island vine are 7 sticks with hardly a bulb on them. The 4 cotton candy grass also with no gallon pots. $350+dollars? Growing to full size would take years. I don't like giving bad reviews but I was shocked with what I received. I bought fully developed crape myrtles today for 10 dollars more. Do you accept returns?

Ordered 3-4ft AMERICAN WILDLIFE PERSIMMON TREE and received 1-2ft stick, with no root or leaf and no sigh of life. I called Ty Ty Nursery and they claim it’s not dead and refuse to refund. Luckily my credit card can dispute the charge. AVOID Ty Ty Nursery or any other names they use.

Jordan is a very knowledgeable rep.
She knows about the varieties that tyty sells.
I was a bit disappointed in 1 of my cherry trees died & I expected a replacement w/o having to purchase another only to receive a credit for future use? Plus the $25 shipping fee again.
Not the kind of return policy I expected?

This order was a bust, unlike every other order from you.
I received someone’s order, and they received mine. The plants I did get can’t survive my growing zone.
Hopefully I get refunded.

I really How one of the plants will turn out yet. The mayhaw tree appears totally dead, but I planted it anyway and will get back to you on its progress. I have a photo if you need it.

Tree came in large box and was leaking fluid. Other than that it went well. After planting and adding my own root stimulator it started sprouting limbs within 3 weeks. From reviews of others it was 6 weeks or longer before they saw results. It's all in using the right root stimulator. It helps to soak your thumbs in green dye. 😆
