While my sourwood tree came well packaged as did the free apple tree, I can’t review them until I can determine how well they will survive.
This review mostly concerns the information provided in the packaging and the follow up emails from Ty Ty.
The apple tree came with no information other than a tag saying Free Apple Tree. I had to call customer service to find out what type of apple tree I’d been given. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and fully explained the nursery’s dilemma. I just wish the tag had indicated that the tree was a semi-dwarf which was all I needed in order to determine if I could use the tree based on its ultimate size.
Secondly, once I started getting numerous marketing emails from TyTy. I clicked on the unsubscribe link but I am continuing to receive unwanted email solicitations. When clicking on a subsequent email’s unsubscribe link, my security system indicated the site was insecure.
I hope this review will cause a change in your email policy.

My items can quickly, and the apple trees are already starting to bloom.
The plum tree has not. I never did receive the free fertilizer packs with the order.

Although this plant arrived in a dormant stage, the root system was well wrapped and extensive. After a few weeks there are small signs of emergence and this plant should grow very well.

I was amazed at how fast these processed and shipped. So fast, that I still don't have them planted.

I received the trees in great condition, and waiting to see how they grow. There was a delay in shipping, and I got good communication about the delay. Was able to set a shipping date after the trees were off backorder so they would not arrive while out of town.

Thrilled to get my first olive tree. It showed up promptly and in excellent shape. So happy with it I bought a sevillano/queen olive tree to keep it company!
