Paw paw tree is in great shape and extremely well packaged. One minor complaint: planting instructions are nonspecific to the species. I'm really looking forward to seeing my paw paw grow to bear the tropical fruit of Appalachia. Major plus: such a wide selection of sizes, and the absolute best pricing.

Trees arrived well wrapped and surrounded by a wet, silica gel product to keep them moist.

The 2-3' Ailing Pecan tree was by far the best quality tree I have ever received via mail order, and I have received many dozens of trees over the years! The tree was approximately 1" diameter, with an extensive root system. I am very pleased! Thank You!

I had been looking for a pollinator for hazelnut trees and was very confused by the information out there. I emailed asking for help and immediately received a response and all of my questions were patiently answered in order for me to make a decision as to the best variety to purchase. The trees won’t be shipped until early April (per my request) so at this time I cannot review the product but I can say customer service is outstanding!

Wesley was extremely helpful in helping us decide which size trees we needed for our project. He even took time to explain how and where we needed to prune the trees for them to be more productive.
I would definitely purchase from hear again when needed.

TyTy has great customer service. Friendly and courteous. Their price increase is getting very close to local nurseries. However, TyTy sale prices keeps the cost reasonable and advantageous. So, keep your eyes open for sales and or free shipping. My bamboo has all browned over the first winter. So, this spring will be the real test on the health and sustainability of TyTy's product in NY.
