Everything was good until the unrelenting spam emails started rolling in. I tried unsubscribing, they did not stop coming. I regret doing business with Ty Ty because of this. It’s worth noting I specifically unmarked the box that said I’d like to receive spam emails from this company when I placed my order, totally unacceptable.

Tree was packaged securely. The tree was in great shape and we are looking forward to watching it grow and produce fruit.

Packaging was great both inside and out. Nice firm box to protect the tree.

Trees arrived quickly in a very sturdy tall box with gell packed around the roots covered in paper, tape and cling wrap. There was no way those roots were drying out! Not even for days!

Beautiful Cherry Trees as all Trees (Ein Shemer) apple trees I previously purchased.
However, advertisement should indicate when a fruit tree requires a pollinator. Customers should know this before purchase...not find out afterward.

I have ordered from here before, so I thought I would again . Both trees arrived together very well packaged already budding in wonderful shape with a good root system. An entry actually measures larger than what I ordered or at least is on the higher end of the range. Very pleased.

Outstanding Service and Quality Trees!
I can’t say enough good things about TyTy! They truly stand behind the trees they sell and ship. When my American Chestnut tree didn’t make it, they promptly sent me a replacement without any hassle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive, and their trees are top quality. I highly recommend TyTy to anyone looking for healthy, well-cared-for trees and exceptional service!

When you emailed to let me know shipment wouldn’t be immediate because of freezing ground temps I was impressed - we were in the coldest week of the year so far - appreciate that!! Looking forward to receiving our fruit trees when the time is right!
Thank you 😊

I ordered 10 two year old muscadine and scuppernong vines and only received 9. I sent customer service a email about the shortage along with a copy of the packing slip. They insist now that I send them pictures of the planted vines before they will offer to do anything. I don't see where sending pictures of the planted vines would have any bearing on the fact my order was shorted 1 vine. I will not do business with this company again nor would I recommend TyTy to any of my family or friends.
