Have not received any updates on shipping my plants. It’s been over 10 days since placing my order.

No idea still waiting for plants to be delivered no email as to when

The detailed descriptions helped me pick the right variety for my needs. I contacted customer service with some questions and they were extremely helpful with all of my questions. It was as good as shopping local.

The tree came to me in great condition due to packing and I appreciated the instructions on planting.

Compare to other companies dealing with TyTy is very difficult and time consuming!

Keep sending damaged trees then love to make excuses about it. They are very aggressive in handling their trees and dig them out properly. Always damaging the root with the shovel. Any extra branches that need to be removed instead of cutting it clean off the stem...they just rip it off damaging and wounding the main stem. Also you can forget about getting a replacement right away. They will give you the runaround for an entire year and then actually get insurance involved and then claim has to be filed and then you have to patiently wait. Such a pain. I have purchased 45 fruit trees from nurseries all over USA and TyTy being the only company actually located in my own state of Georgia is by far the worst company to purchase from. Also when you tell them that you are not happy with the trees and instead of them saying don't worry we will send replacements right away like stark bros does without questions asked TyTy will instead argue with you and try to convince you otherwise and that your damaged and wounded tree is somehow healed and just fine and dandy. TyTy owners need a reality check and wake up. If I am paying $60 for a sleeping dormant piece of stick then you best believe that I want it absolutely perfect without damages. I bought 4 trees and 2 were damaged. That's a %50 success rate and unacceptable.
