We lost 7 out of 9 trees last Spring. The credit was not enough to replace them in kind. I would not order bare root trees again nor recommend them to a friend.

I received the dormant berry trees I ordered in a well designed protective box and planted them the next day with no problems. It is the beginning of winter here, will have to wait 4 months to see the spring life and how well the trees acclimate to the soil here. Thank you TyTY, you an excellent job with my order.

I bought bamboo plants from you a couple of times and they didn't survive, even after you replaced them once. I'm a long time farmer and gardener for over 60 years. I even bought some bamboo for my house in Florida and it's not doing good. I ordered these fig plants in hopes that they would come right away and could be put in big pots in my sun room. I found out they won't come until March.

Staff is not knowledgeable about products or their policies, Wasted so much time following up with them and trying to get calls back. I ended up cancelling my order. Would not recommend.

Nice job in explaining the plants, what you need to do to get them in the ground, and expectation of growth. j
