We had ordered two Red perfection flowering crabapple trees. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was excellent. However, we were very disappointed with the size of the plants. They are too young with very slender stem/trunk. They are tall, supposed to grow to 4-5 feet. Thankfully, the roots look good and hopefully they will grow successfully into strong trees in years to come. But, right now, we are keeping our fingers crossed that they would survive, as they are too young and slender.

Horrible company that sends crappy plants with even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor.... go somewhere else

It was packaged well for shipping, and there is ice in the bottom to keep the plant watered. The size is perfect. What more could you ask for?

I bought a forsythia bush and an Eastern redbud tree. They both were healthy, well formed. They arrived in great condition because they were so well packed. I am looking forward to enjoying these two new plants for many years.

Order was quick and easy, however when I received my order there were no directions or instructions with the order. As of today it does not look like any growth has started, I know it has only been several days, we will see what happens

Ordered 2 other plants and they both looked dead upon arrival - the sticks are dead wood with no life in them and all dried out. The roots did not appear to be live either. Planted them immediately. I feel like i just threw good money after bad. I had a credit from 2 plants not growing last time- but even with the credit- the current order was more. If these don’t grow, I will have lost all hope in this company. I never received dead twigs before for so much money.

The plant arrived packaged well in appearance, but the plant itself was wilted and the soil was damp and loose inside the wrapping. The four main tap roots were severed at the base of the plant. I am not sure if that is the cause of the tree’s condition, but it was planted as directed. It has been 3 days and has not bounced back. It is now starting to lose its leaves.
