Ty TY was professional in choice of shipping date caused by higher than normal temperatures. i was kept up to date on shipping status. The trees arrived in excellent condition and very healthy root structures. We are excited to add this native understory tree, and hope it will be a valuable addition to our woods.

The products are as expected however my inexperience in planting has created an issue for me. No clear instructions came with the product letting me know what to do with the products until planting season. Its winter and snow on the ground and I am not sure what to do with them until planting season. I placed them in separate containers in moist potting soil in the basement of my home. Hopefully they will be ok until planting season. Thank You

Horrible customer service. Never recieved my order and no communication to the customer about delays. Save yourself the headaches and buy from another nursery.

The trees look pretty good. I'm hoping that they do well because I'm pretty excited for some white mulberries.

Beautiful looking tree, 6' tall. Great looking bare roots. Prepped the ground and super easy to plant. Lots of wildlife in the area so in addition to the shelter, put a fence around the tree as well. So happy with this tree, i ordered a second tree as well!

My son in law received these plants after Christmas for his gifts. Ty Ty kept us informed by email as to the expected shipping dates for these trees. Thank you for the frequent updates so I knew when he would receive them in Georgia. Great communication and he was pleased with the trees! Thank you, Cheryl Johnson
