That tree was pacckaged so well, ya coulda dropped it off a building without gitti hurt. Tree was about 4' tall an in great shape. Should start budding out come spring.

Trees were sturdy and healthy. Shipping was very quick. I will definitely keep TyTy bookmarked for future purchases. I had issues ordering on the website and called. Associate was very personable and helpful. I would call just to chat! I really enjoyed speaking with her.

I’m very disappointed in your business. I was using Fast Growing Trees but decided to give your business a try by purchasing a gift card for my daughter in Utah. I purchased the gift card on December 17. There’s no reason it shouldn’t have arrived before Christmas. She never received it. Now it’s the December 26th and it’s still not at her house. I tried to call your business and you’re still closed for the Christmas season. Was it sent out promptly? Was it sent out at all? I should have been provided a tracking number.

Last year purchased 3 apple trees for our son. One died. I brought it to your attention but you said I need a photo of the dead tree for replacement. Not a functional situation. I will purchase elsewhere in the future.

All my trees arrived in healthy condition and were planted the very next day. Hoping for a mild winter and a wet spring.

Web site says products usually ship within one day. It has been over a week and no notice of shipment, a shipping date, getting the order ready, nothing. So I rate Ty Ty pretty low, communicating can be automated to avoid customers being in the dark,,,,
