My trees arrived alive and healthy looking. Having never used the plastic grow shelters before , a video on how to put them together would be helpful, as they come rolled in the opposition direction that they have to be put together in. I wound up finding a helpful video on you tube.

So far I’ve only have good experiences! They took my order efficiently; and it was delivered yesterday! The quality of the plants are GOOD! The fact that they have a 1 yr guarantee makes it all good too!

Delivery of my trees, well, okay, they were sticks with roots, but, I digress, delivery was prompt. The sticks looked healthy as young trees could - with well developed root systems and even a few twigs of new growth. It has only been a few days, so I cannot give a detailed review just yet, but my initial first impression was good for the age of the trees that I ordered. At this point, I would order from Ty Ty Nursery again, so I hope that their development meets the same expectations of my first impressions.

Purchase was easy. Bamboo arrived quickly and was well packaged. All plants appeared healthy. One was a single large cane with multiple branches, others were multiple smaller canes. All about 4-5' tall. Just planted them in the back yard and they look good. Hopefully they do well and flourish.
