I recently purchased a Ruby Grand nectarine tree. The tree was well packaged and in good shape when I received it. Put it in the ground within an hour after receiving it. Delivery was fast, I received the tree about a week after placing my order.

Plants came in good shape. Put them in the ground today and gave them a drink of water then mother nature was kind enough to drop some on them. Hoping for some awesome seedless grapes one day. Thanks.

It’s not the first time when I am buying for you guys , but looks as last one
You delivered me a tree in hardy zone 6, where the sting is coming at May 5th
The three was in the vegetables stage with grown leaves
This week be have 3 nights with freezing temperatures.
Absolutely waste of money.

For those picking up product from your location, you should provide instructions. We were driving around not knowing where the pick up entrance was. Otherwise, we are please with the sale.

Fast shipping, fast delivery. All of my trees and shrubs arrived alive but barren. All are planted in the ground so we’ll see how they grow!

I paid so much money to receive a healthy fig tree but instead revived a dead tree. I open the box and the tree is half dead. Immediately placed in pot but 2 days later the tree is dead. I hope there would be a refund.

For part of the order on the website it said the plants were in gallon containers. When they arrived they were bare root. We later found in small print on the website that gallon container plants would have the soil removed and then shipped as bare root. It should tell you that where it can be readily seen on the ordering page. For the price compared to other nurseries I would not have ordered. Two of the other plants that I did assume would be bare root arrived as sticks with essentially no roots. I planted all plants in less than 48 hours and followed all directions. Now we wait to see how they do.

My order was received with broken limbs near the top, and the trees did not have full root balls as promised over the phone during the time of the order.

I know you said the trees will be pruned back but i never thought they would be pruned this much. They are like sticks in the ground. You purely pruned them to minimize shipping space of which i pd for anyways, so why are all the branches pruned off?
