I unexpectedly need to cancel my order. TyTy customer service was amazing. They confirmed what I needed done and I received my refund the next day. I would definitely use them the next time I purchase trees.

One of the plants(bamboo) came and was nice healthy but the other plant (Carolina jasmine) was small & frail and after repotting, it’s still struggling and doesn’t look healthy and will likely die.

I ordered 3 trees and got them about a week ago. I guess I assumed they'd have some leaves on them, but 2 of the 3 didn't (the fig and peach tree). The strawberry guava did have some leaves, but with brown spots on all of them. However, I was able to get them in the ground the day after I received the package. I've been watching each tree daily and there is already signs of fresh growth on each of them, indicating they are acclimating well to the soil, so I am satisfied. Only time will tell how well they do on fruiting.

I appreciate your concern for the frozen dirt in my locale and delaying my shipment for several weeks. But my ground is not frozen and you already charged my credit card.
Not a good practice.

I would have given 5 stars but they kept changing the delivery date. I would think they could figure it out as long as they have been in business.
The 6 trees came well packaged.
