I was apprehensive about ordering plants online again as I did not have good luck with a big name nursery. I received my tree with it's root very well wrapped and protected. The top of the tree had been damaged during shipping which I was convinced was going to put it into further shock but it did not. I wish I could share the photos I have from day one to now day 13. All I can say is wow! I WILL be ordering from TyTy again! Thank you for TOP QUALITY!

I ordered 2 Big Ass bushes in January and Ty Ty explained that they wouldn't ship them until the weather was suitable in my area. Sure enough, once the weather warmed up I received a "heads' up" email in late February that also gave me the chance to delay shipment if conditions in my yard weren't good enough yet. They were, so I did nothing and a week later I received the Fedex tracking notification (early March) and several days later the plants showed up at my door!
Keep in mind these are shipped bare root so the box will be fairly light, but the roots were packed with enough protective material and moist. They are about 2.5 - 3 feet tall and look to be doing well thus far with buds on the verge of breaking out.
I'm quite pleased with my purchase and Ty Ty did everything they said they would. What more could you ask for?

Again you have delivered! The trees were wrapped and protected really well and a great size. The box showed quite a bit of damage and the delivery driver asked if I could check on the product. The trees were undamaged, much to his and my relief. Looking forward to those first signs of green.

I received my trees via pick up on site. The Ginkgo tree was about 5 ft. potted in an approximately 5 gallon container. It has been planted but not budding yet, it's early March.

Received my first paw paw from TyTy last year... didn't make it so they sent me a replacement. I've purchased from several (yet limited) sources. TyTy tree's really are the size they advertise. Others are much smaller than what they advertise in reality. Hopefully eating fresh paw paws soon!

We ordered 8 different blueberries and 4 grapes and they arrived just before the artic blast. We just kept them in the box and wrapping in the dark for about a week and then planted them outside. The grapes had huge roots which was great. The blueberry roots seemed a bit tight [probably from a pot], but we did out best and planted them, watered them, had some good rains after the fact, about a week later, one good frost, and mid 60's the blueberries are opening up some new green shoots. :-)

Perhaps it was my fault for ordering too early but the trees got shipped just as we were about to get hit with a historic ice storm and attic cold week. UPS could not make deliveries so the trees must have sat in the UPS trucks with temperatures in the teens and arrived several late. Crossing my fingers that they survived.
