I placed my order in April 2020, and it was explained to me at that time that my bamboo would arrive in October, when the weather was not so hot, so as to help the plant survive the delivery. Then, 7 months later, right on time, I received an email stating my Order was 2 days from shipping, allowing me time to adjust any delivery details. That was nice! 5 days later my bamboo arrived, in beautiful condition (roots well wrapped, 3ft shoots well protected in a really cool shipping box!). An excellent experience, I will shop at TyTy online again next year!

Tree's arrived in good condition with their root mass still damp. Trees arrived pre dormant.
I planted them the day they arrived into their prepared locations, so far they seem to be fine, they are watered every few days.
Looking forward to next spring!

I ordered 7 Italian cypresses. They came and they were healthy and beautiful. I did my best with them but i messed up. TyTy offered advice on plant care for my trees, and their insurance meant that i could have another go at growing these beautiful trees. There was no fuss about the refund or sending the replacement plants. The second batch of trees were in excellent health too.
I look forward to using TyTy again. Maybe for some Oleander...

I ordered these to be shipped to my parents. They were delivered as was promised with excellent communication on when they left, in transit and when delivered. The trees are both thriving and doing great. Can't wait until they mature enough to produce some delicious fruit.

It's a bare roots tree so I put it right in the ground and a few day later I could see the little leaves try to grow out .. so I gues it's alive and will make it to a nice tree .

The beech trees were delivered in fine shape. I was a little dubious at first because they were small with next to no roots, but put them in the ground and they're already putting on new leaves. Doing great, so far.

I have never purchased from you before. My blackberry bushes, fig tree and damson plum tree arrived healthy and moist. We planted the same day as arrival, per your instructions. Really excited about them!
