Great customer service or shipping department. A delay in date of shipping trees. Customer service response was trees in ground have to be dormant to be dug up. The weather there up and down. Caused a delay to be dug up. No big deal. My order for trees was November 2019.. . Received trees February 8,2020.
Have to be patient in receiving an order for trees. Not in bucket but growing in ground. Received. trees in good shape by UPS. And, yes cheaper than other online services.
High recommend this company. Received excellent service . I needed a mate Pecan tree. They had one to my surprise. Strongly recommend this company.

Received well packaged and appeared to be in good condition. I scratched a bit of the bark away and the cambium layer seems healthy.

I ordered 7 replacement trees for ones that had died from my order last year of 10. The staff was helpful in filling my order. The trees shipped on the date requested and arrived 2 days later as planned. The new trees looks much better than the ones that were shipped last year - they had at least 10X the amount of roots. I am anticipating much better results this year.

I received my tree in a timely manner, and it arrived in perfect condition. My tree didnt have many branches on it, but I noticed no damage at all. I planted it right away and now we wait to see how it does! I was very pleased with TyTy nurseries service.

Hello, my persimmon trees arrived in good condition and timely. Not being very familiar with bare root trees I was confused about the difference between the two trees I received. One had a bushy ball of roots and the other had really bare roots. I planted them immediately meanwhile the weather here in zone 8-9 is ideal for transplants. Mild temperatures and not much rain. I guess we shall see what happens come spring.
