This was one of two small trees ordered late on a Monday evening with the hope of arriving as a special occasion gift by the weekend. After a couple follow-ups and timely replies from the shipping department, I could track the order which arrived on that Friday. Tree delivery was confirmed with tracking and recipient. They followed instructions upon receipt and I actually saw both trees on Sunday in very satisfactory condition. I was pleased with overall experience and the recipient was delighted.

I received my order in 2 days. All 3 plants looked healthy and I cant wait till they bloom.
I was a little worried due to the large amount of negative reviews but am glad that I took a change on them. I will likely order from them again soon.

This little guy got stepped on, so went back in the nursery, (bucket of soil wet with Miracle Grow plant starter set right where you want them to grow), hopefully to recover and thrive. Absolutely not the seller's fault, but may have to reorder this baby.

Received plants promptly, and they appear to be in healthy condition. We have not previously purchased bare root plants, but we planted immediately in accordance with instructions. If they live, excellent value.

Ordered three Chinese Chestnuts and the order arrived super fast. We had a lot of rain and I couldn't get the tree's in the ground as quickly as I had hoped. I ended up putting them in a plastic dish pan on their side, covered the roots with moist potting soil and kept them in a cool dark place. I was worried because I had them that way for almost three weeks. But after about three weeks in the ground, two are starting to bud and the third looks like its getting ready. So, so far so good. I read the negative feedback, but I guess you cant please everybody all of the time. I waited a while to write a review to be sure things would work out, but it was a great experience with TyTy for me.
