I ordered Bamboo 2 years ago, It looks like I only received 1 big mass of roots when I ordered 3 6" root clumps of Fishing Pole Bamboo. Last year I tried again with the Fishing Pole Bamboo. But then found out that RUNNING type of Bamboo is illegal in NY, Loss number 2. This year I decided to try the Weeping Willow Bamboo which is the Clumping variety. I ordered 4 6" root clumps. When it arrived and I opened up the box, it was filed with 4 nice root clumps with stalks on each one making it real easy to plant. I was able to plant them all within 3 hours of the box arriving at my house. Now with fingers crossed I hope they survive the animals and the winter that will be back in 7 months. So I hope third time is my charm because I will not try again. If they last till the spring of 2015 I will add more.

Before I ordered, I had questions which were answered very nicely by the gentleman who answered your phone. The trees arrived....have been planted....and crossing my fingers for beauty! I can't rate the trees yet, but hopefully soon....so I can only rate the service that I received.

I planted the trees following the directions provided. The delivery was very prompt and the trees appeared to be in good shape.
As of this review I can only speak to the timely delivery, fair pricing and condition of the product at delivery. The trees have only been in the ground one week. I have been watering daily. No sign of life yet, but it has been cold and raining for most of the week. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Lady In Red Hydrangea Shrub; Wasn't expecting the two small Lady In Red Hydrangea Shrubs to be shrink wrapped WITH the Peppermint Flowering Peach Tree at the roots, so I called and they explained that they do not ship partial orders. Very timely delivery. Thank you

Within 3 days of ordering I received trees well wrapped with some kind of moisture bubbles that smelled like vomit. Bare rooted and pruned 6-7 Ft'. It was raining when the 2 Flame Mimosa trees arrived but I had already prepared the planting holes so I planted them in the rain. I also planted the free Amaryllis bulb in an indoor pot. Nice sized bulb. Now, waiting for the first signs of life from all of them.
